Available facilities are fine and kept clean - though worth noting that they’re not accessible to anyone who can’t do stairs. Site managers are lovely and we would happily book again.

We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay on site and that you have decided not to visit again.
Children on site under the age of 16 should be supervised by an adult and remain the responsibility of their parents to supervise them, if we are made aware that children are a problem to other customers we will intervene but nothing was brought to our attention whilst you were staying on site.
The facilities are cleaned twice a day during busy times and checked every couple of hours between cleaning, we are not able to spend the whole day in the facilities.
The bins are collected twice a week on a Monday and Friday mornings and bins rotated in between times. Unwanted and broken camping equipment should be taken home by customers to dispose of but we are finding these items in or by the bins which we try to manage in a timely manner as the refuge collectors will not take these items.
Lovely quiet site, slightly hilly but wasn’t an issue.

A bit of a gem so close to home.The evenings are surprisingly quiet too.
Niepolubione: Our hard standing pitch was very slopped which for me is the major negative for this site. But at the same time this pitch was overlooking the park so a bit of Ying and Yang.

Thank you for letting us know why you were on site about the Elson point, we took immediate action and the point was emptied very quickly. The Elson point is normally emptied every 4 weeks and during your visit it was week 3, we brought forward the schedule and it was emptied immediately. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
