Niepolubione: No check in anyone could have walked on and camped. Toilets were filthy. Said on pitch up BBQs and fires allowed but when we were lighting our bbq a man came to us and said there were no BBQs or fires allowed so had to spend money on a taxi to go and get something to eat . The clubhouse didn't open all weekend but on the website said it was open fridays and Saturdays. We will not be returning again ,alot of false advertising . They take your money and don't care about your stay absolute disgrace.

Easy check in basically find a space and camp up.

Niepolubione: No check in system. No visible presence from staff, owners ect. Lots of families with small children here but with there being no check in system, Anyone could just walk in and pitch up.
There was a cluster of 4/5 tents pitched up next to us within a small space a fire hazard but as I said before. No staff to control things. Toilet block was dirty with a big puddle of urine flowing under into the shower. Photos are very dated. Site looks very tired and neglected.
Camping etiquette is usually 10pm quiet time. Still families shouting and playing music well after 11pm. The ski club house had a karaoke night and was still shouting songs across the site close to midnight.
Not a great stay at all.

I was around on Friday afternoon when people were checking in if you needed me.
We have quiet time after 11pm and a warden checking everyone is quiet.

We do have 2 toilet blocks and they are checked and cleaned regularly, the couple at the bar could have soon refilled the blue roll had you mentioned it at the time.
We are self check in with 3 fields to choose from, our warden could have helped you if you had said at the time.
I am so sorry you had a terrible time with us.
We were away this particular weekend which was not ideal.
Our warden should not have banned BBQ's it is only open fire pits that are banned.
The club house was opened but no one went so we closed it again, it was open later on saturday evening.
