Likte The campsite was disappointing for families with children. The site felt overcrowded and there was very little space for kids to play safely or enjoy themselves. The biggest issue was the shower facilities. The water temperature became dangerously hot at times, reaching a point where it felt scalding. Using the showers was uncomfortable and raised genuine safety concerns, especially for children. I reported this to a member of the grounds staff and asked if the temperature could be adjusted, but was told that nothing could be done, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Based on our experience, the campsite did not meet our expectations. However, Butlin’s itself remains a great destination for families. With the right accommodation, it can still provide an enjoyable holiday experience.
