Fra bestyreren: Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, sorry that you feel disappointed with your stay. We would have been more than willing to discuss your dissatisfaction during your stay had you mentioned it to us. However, it was obvious that the booking terms and conditions hadn't been read which led to us having to remind you of a number of behaviour standards. It would appear that your experience is an exception to the majority of feedback that we have received over the last 13 years.
