Likte Lovely walks, good location. Friendly staff

Likte ikke During our stay, we were extremely disappointed with the standard of basic facilities. The toilets were repeatedly left unclean and were not topped up with toilet roll, have not 1 toilet roll in for 1 night of our stay, which is unacceptable. I’m addition to top that off we did not have any warm water at any point during our stay. This significantly impacted our comfort and ability to use the facilities properly. A complaint has already been logged, but I am requesting a full explanation of how these issues were allowed to occur, & what actions you are taking to resolve them, and what compensation you intend to offer given the poor experience for myself n my family. If the facilities get sorted out I would stay here again as it’s a great location
