Likte Lovely little site with great clean amenities. Wardens we're lovely and very helpful. Site was secure too which I really liked.

During your visit, our team worked hard to address the concerns you raised, including providing a complimentary extension to your stay to help resolve the issues. We always aim to be responsive and accommodating when problems arise.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the road noise, shower controls, and pitch condition, although the pitch is flat, its a natural not man made field, and will continue to monitor and improve these areas wherever possible.

Likte ikke Pitch sizes were small, could not use all allocated space as cars would not get passed.
Our neighbours being told to pitch closer to us. Could not get car back in next to tent when returned from day out.
The rudeness and attitude of staff as problems arise. Customer service was seriously lacking.
The second toilet lock not being fixed, and an out of order sign put up for 3 days (I was told, almost accusingly that someone must have hit it with a hammer when I reported the problem).

We note your comments regarding the pitch layout and facilities. However, we strongly disagree with your characterisation of our staff. Throughout your stay, our team responded promptly to reported issues, including repairing one of the toilet locks immediately. Unfortunately, due to several interactions with our staff during your visit, we do not feel our site is the right fit for your needs and respectfully ask that you do not return in the future.
We wish you well in finding a campsite better suited to your expectations.

Likte Really great service from the team! Everything is well maintained, grass is perfect. Great size pitches! I was there on a Friday and Saturday night. There were food vans on both nights that were great!

Likte The staff were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Communication before we arrived via email was excellent. The site was well kept and the bathroom facilities were clean and well equipped. Excellent WiFi and tv signal. Homemade pizzas on Friday and Saturday night- we didn’t have any but they smelt delicious. Apparently it’s best to pre order. We only stayed 2 nights but we really enjoyed it and will be back!!
