Ik was blij met Location and facilities.

Ik was niet blij met Lack of visible staff presence. Some very disruptive guests flying drones, playing loud music and being drunk/abusive to each other.

Van de manager: I have tried to call you . I am shocked to hear this..We are in the cafe/bar till late,which was 1130 I was outside sitting talking to one of my local customers.I then always check the toilet block and then have a check on the site.Unfortunately I did not witness any of this.We are renowned for been a quite site. I am sorry you experienced this,we are about in the cafe bar from8.30 in the morning,until late at weekends.Also always at the end of the phone. I wish you had come in to the cafe the next morning. Sorry I can not rectify things unless I made aware.
