Ik was blij met Very warm friendly welcome, and the views from the campsite were lovely, our pitch was nice but a little tight for our motorhome. We had excellent WiFi on site. Was nice that they put entertainment on in the evening for guests

Ik was niet blij met The toilets and showers are very dated with black mould in places on the walls, the water although very hot was not of good pressure and my son refused to use the showers after the first night as there were also spiders in there! The noise level on the campsite was very loud from about 7.30am until well after 11pm even though it’s supposed to be quiet time from 10pm! Our pitch was half tarmac and half gravel with a brick line separating the two, my vehicle is 2.5 meters wide and it didn’t fit the tarmac part of our pitch which ment my passenger wheels were on the bricks not ideal as I needed to use choks to raise it plus the lineing of the gravel part was coming through which could cause a trip hazard ! Sadly always no buses run on a Sunday which is not great when you have a large vehicle that’s not easy to park, but that is no fault of the campsite!

Ik was blij met My son and I love coming here it’s become home from home! Friendly staff, safe environment, spotless facilities with the best showers I have ever experienced on a campsite! The pub just a 150 yards from the campsite is excellent, with good food and lovely staff! And there’s a bus stop literally a 100 yards from the campsite entrance which takes you either to Weymouth or to Bridport, Charmouth , west bay and Lyme Regis all within easy reach! There’s so much to do here as well as excellent walks for those with furry friends! My son loves the vending machines to especially the milkshake, ice cream and pizza 🍕 vending machine which is the only one we have seen! Just a fabulous place to spend time and relax! This is our 3rd visit this year and we are looking to come back in October!

Ik was blij met We love everything about this site and visit often! Exceptional showers and toilets, the whole site is spotless, very friendly staff always willing to help, close to lots of attractions with a bus stop just outside and also a great pub just up the road! The vending maxhinea are great to and my son particularly loves the milkshakes and ice cream! We will be back in a few weeks time!

Ik was blij met My son and I love coming to springbok, it’s local to us and my son is a member of the fishing club so it makes an ideal weekend break! It’s peaceful and all the residents are friendly and make you feel welcome. Pitches are a very good size , if your looking for something with good walking this is the place to come it’s surrounded by footpaths. Has the added bonus of the bar up at the main house which has very reasonable priced drinks and everyone makes you feel welcome. We will return

Ik was niet blij met The showers and toilets are simple and adequate however my son doesn’t like using the showers due to a few cobwebs and spiders. So it maybe could be cleaner. Water is always hot though. Only a small complaint.

Ik was blij met Always love coming here! Friendly staff, very clean site with excellent showers! My son loves the vending machines, they have great milkshakes and ice cream we always have to top up to take some home! It’s easy to get around to lots in the area to see and the bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the site entrance! We will be back very soon.

Ik was blij met What’s not to like! We love it here, peaceful, spotlessly clean, large pitches, very friendly and helpful staff! The showers and toilets are second to none just fabulous! And my son loves the vending machines especially the milkshake and ice cream ones! There’s a bus stop 150m from the campsite entrance takes you directly into Weymouth or Bridport in the other direction. It’s just brilliant we will be returning for our 4th trip next year!

Ik was blij met What’s not to like! So peaceful and set in beautiful countryside, my son and I come here regularly for weekend breaks as he likes to fish! Lovely fishing pond very reasonably priced also lovely bar all the residents make you feel very welcome! We will be back soon

Ik was niet blij met It’s a little niggle really but there are a few spiders in the shower block which is unpleasant! I did speak to the cleaner and she was going to look into getting them removed.

Ik was blij met Lovely clean site with nice hot showers and big pitches, fishing lakes are great and my son particularly enjoyed them. Nice to have a clubhouse on site for food and drinks if you fancy it! Friendly staff.

Ik was niet blij met No bus stop outside there is a bus that only comes 3 times a day and is supposed to stop at the bottom of the driveway if people are waiting, however he drove straight past us even though we signalled for him to stop. So unless you have a car you are kind of stuck in the middle of nowhere, not good for my son who suffers with M.E severely. It’s a good 30 minute walk up hill into south Molton again not good if you have a poorly child! The road noise for the campsite is also very loud being on a busy A road and it continues all night.

Ik was blij met We love this site have been before and it’s brilliant! Lovely clean big pitches, spotless showers and toilets, you feel very safe here with the electronic barrier and it’s very peaceful! Bus stop just outside the campsite about a 100 metres long the road, nice pub and also great farm shop and cafe! The vending machines on site also mean you never have to worry about getting milk and eggs if you run out! We will be back in the summer!

Ik was blij met My son and I love coming to Springbok! It’s so peaceful and set in a lovely part of the countryside with lots of things to see. My son is a keen fisherman and so we spend most of our time relaxing and fishing by the pond. All the pitches are good hard standing pitches which you can choose which one you like best. Everyone one site is friendly and welcoming.

Ik was niet blij met We have only a couple of ideas that would improve the site, a drain and concrete floor around the drinking water tap would stop it from getting muddy, also the showers and toilet block although work and are very hot, could do with a good clean my son is afraid of spiders and there are a lot in the toilets and showers which stopped him going in there as he was so frightened. Also I couldn’t get the light to work in the shower block , it’s probably me doing something wrong but I have been twice now and still the same problem. Also a bin by the pond would be helpful for putting our packed lunch rubbish in! However these are all small things and we will still be returning as we love it here very much!

Ik was blij met What fabulous little site! Very clean and tidy! And so peaceful! Everyone was friendly, it has lovely walks straight from the campsite. My son particularly enjoyed the fishing and spent most of the day there, and the bailiff who I forgot to get his name was so helpful and keen to help and teach my son about carp fishing it was just fantastic and meant so much to my son who is so keen to learn!

Ik was blij met What a fabulous campsite! First time staying here with my 12 year old son and we will definitely be returning! Spotlessly clean, fantastic showers and toilets one of the best we have been to. Bus stop right outside taking you direct to Weymouth in one direction or Bridport in the other, very friendly staff and campsite felt very safe! Vending machines were very good and an excellent way for people to get simple everyday items my son particularly liked the milkshake!

Ik was blij met Size of the pitch and location is lovely . Also very friendly staff, reasonably priced pitches. Great for the kids to play. Felt very safe.

Ik was niet blij met The showers and toilets were very dirty even just after cleaning, not helped by the wet weather. Also couldn’t find a grey waste water unit for emptying my motorhome waste water! Could also do with maybe a hard core driveway around the campsite to try and help stop it getting so churned up in the wet weather.

Ik was blij met My son and I loved our stay at Brocklands! Everyone was so friendly, the scenery was beautiful. It was just so picturesque! It was right beside the old disused railway line which was just what we wanted for riding our bikes and not having to go on any roads. 10 mins from the pretty little west meon village which had a fantastic pub, that served wonderful food. We could of asked for any more for our weekend away, and will definitely be returning in the future.

Ik was blij met This is my second time visiting Shearbarn and I love it there. Everyone is friendly and the campsite is very clean and tidy. My son always makes great friends here and with the added bonus of a swimming pool and arcades and soft play its fantastic for children.. The clubhouse is lovely and staff always helpful. Its also a half hour walk into hasting old town via the east cliff lift which brings you out right by the fun fair and crazy golf. Super for a family holiday.

Ik was niet blij met The only problem I had was some of the other touring customers were very inconsiderate of other campers with music and shouting until nearly 1am in the morning. This is the first time I have had this problem and would not put me off coming back next year.

Ik was blij met The campsite had good space between pitches and we were located near the amenities. Traveling with a small child we used the hop farm amusement park alot and my 7 YEAR OLD son enjoyed it alot.

Ik was niet blij met There is no shade hardly any where on the campsite and while we were there we had extremely hot weather. The amenities were exceptionally disgusting and not once did I see them get cleaned. The showers were so small that even when showering on your own you would struggle to move but when you have a small child with you and your a single mother traveling it was nearly impossible to get in the shower to wash your child. The restaurant was supposed to be open from 8am till 1pm however when I turned up at 5pm with a very hungry child I was told that they had closed as they couldn't cope with the demand that, in my opinion that is poor management, I felt sorry for the poor girl who hard to tell me they were closed. All in all we were very disappointed with our stay and will not be visiting again. Very poorly managed and run which is a shame as could be lovely.

Ik was blij met Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little site. My 7 year old son made friend straight away and loved playing in the adventure playground. It is situated brilliantly for easy reach of the Steam Railway and Bodiam Castle, which you can get to within a 25 min walk along the river. Also a lovely pub at the end of the walk with a great garden and fantastic food. All in all we would definitely come again.

Ik was niet blij met My only dislike was it wasn't particularly easy to find however once we did arrive we were made to feel very welcome.
