Ik was blij met Amazing views from some parts of site. Within walking distance of town.

Ik was niet blij met Exceedingly stony ground, could not get tent pegs in at all - just as well i have an air tent that pretty much stands up itself! Can't comment on showers. One portakabin for ladies, one for men - each with 3 showers and 3 toilets, would imagine that's a bit busy at peak times!

Ik was blij met Love the Railway Campsite!! Third year I've been back. Great location, simple facilities but everything you need and well maintained. The showers are great. Food shack with food available am and pm.

Ik was blij met Friendly guy greeted us and said he was always available if we had any issues. The non electric field is a rather bumpy but we found a reasonably level patch to pitch. Showers are free despite what it says on pitchup. The toilet block was not new but clean enough and usable. Always toilet roll and showers were warm. Quiet location, near to Battle and Hastings. There was a snack bar available although we did not utilise this so can't comment, but others said it was good.

Ik was blij met Lovely pitches, very well maintained grounds. Shortage of showers and toilets when we stayed, however I believe they were working in more. The ones they had were kept fairly clean despite the number of people using them. Great place and lovely for kids to play although may need to watch them round the lake. Great if you like to walk and cycle, just off of national cycle route 1!

Ik was blij met Lovely little site, nice heated shower/toilet block, good location for cycling and interesting with the ferry crossing. Short walk to the quay. No staff on site, but clear enough where to pitch.

Ik was niet blij met Washing up sinks are quite high, but then I'm short!!! Maybe good to stop kids playing in them!!! Slightly worried about the little ones with the water in the middle, but okay.
