Ik was blij met Really beautiful location and really friendly staff. Ran through everything we needed to know upon entry. They felt really available and willing to help with anything we needed. All the facilities were clean, well signposted and well maintained. In particular the showers were very nice. Was really really good for the dog, there's a few wonderful dog walking paths nearby and the campsite overall was very supportive and accommodating to pets. Made for a very sociable and friendly environment. Nearby pub, hotel and village also.

Ik was niet blij met Having internet at all was quite good, but it got very slow in the evenings which made planning the next day of travel for us quite hard (the site has good 4G/5G with EE, but isn't covered at all by O2/Giffgaff as we've found out). While the paths are beautiful, they could be maintained a little better, with clearer signage. Some trees have fallen in the wood by the river which is a little unsafe.

Ik was blij met Everything about the campsite has been thought through and maintained brilliantly. Everything is reasonably clean, very well signposted, it was almost like glamping the way every detail had been considered. We imagine this would be a great place to organise a camping holiday for a family, even though we were a group of adults.
