Ik was blij met Really loved this site - just stayed for a couple of days whilst we checked out the Sidmouth Folk Festival. Owners/reception very pleasant and helpful with a usefully stocked small shop. Lovely views, very well kept and not densely packed, despite this being the middle of the summer holidays. Pitches can be at a bit of an angle, so if you're in a camper don't forget your ramps. We'll be back!

Ik was blij met Many thanks to Eden Valley for a great little stay - we only stayed for three nights during half term and the site was clean and quiet. We were really impressed by the facilities - a fantastic play park - a whole field seems to be devoted to it; a games room with a snooker table and a table football (50p's needed). The pitches were level and neat. It was like staying in a very well kept garden. Lots of hedges for privacy and lots of bigger trees too. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The site is not far from the Eden Project at all, and Newquay is not much more than half an hour away and I guess the worst of the crowds during summer. The site is pretty much on the edge of the NT Lanhydrock and it's cycle paths, and of course the Camel trail at Bodmin. So lots of stuff to do with the kids. We will definitely be returning next year as we have a new favourite Cornish campsite now. I would say that the rates are very reasonable too, so excellent value.

Ik was blij met We really enjoyed our stay here - it was a our first French campsite and we had a super time. We had a lovely pitch, there was a pool the kids loved, and a small bar. It all felt very continental and we loved every second. The site is well placed for the Normandy beaches as well as Bayeux. Very helpful and friendly owners who helped me with my terrible French. We certainly hope to return for another stay! It also had a nice kids area for smaller ones and a table tennis table for the older ones. Thankyou!

Ik was blij met A wonderful site hidden down lanes on the shores of Lac Du Drennec. Very quiet and super helpful owners who speak very good English -ok, they are from Derbyshire ;) ! Really enjoyed our stay here and maybe come back at some point in the future. Close to the village of Commana (quite small), but also Sizun, a lovely little village with a super Crepe shop.

Ik was blij met A nice clean site that is well kept and close to the beach, and hidden down quiet lanes. Very friendly owners who where happy to put up with my terrible French and lend me a hookup adaptor. Quiet convenient for the ferries from St Malo and well placed for the beaches. Also has a playroom and a basketball park.

Ik was niet blij met Timer switches on the shower block! A bit of a pain when we didnt realise this and all the lights went out in the middle of showering down 3 kids, so lots of screaming. Had to have someone on light duty for subsequent toilet andf shower visits! No facilities for disposing of chemical toilets and really had to hubt for a fresh water point (pitch 14). All pretty minor which wouldn't put us off again.
