Ik was blij met We arrived at Dacre Lakeside very late (5am!), having dropped our gear box halfway down and had to wait a few hours for recovery by the AA. The recovery vehicle dropped us in a corner of the car park, as we couldn't identify the appropriate pitch, and didn't really want to disturb other residents. Reception staff were very understanding, and having consulted with management, they were happy to let us stay in the car park for our remaining night, as the vehicle was immovable under its own steam. Despite everything, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the pizza restaurant for breakfast. Very grateful for their understanding of our situation, and for letting us leave the van a night longer to be picked up for repair after we got a lift home! Thankyou so much!
