Ik was blij met Nothing

Ik was niet blij met As our Van broke down terminally on way therefore we could not arrive, new engine is going to cost £2850.00 and your POLICY will not refund us even though it was beyond our control, and we lost our £240.00 payment which has tipped us over £3000.00 for 1 weeks mistake in booking you in the first place. Spoke to John Fowlers who's customer service is DIABOLICAL and point blank refused to refund me, and told me you wouldnt either, we even offered to take a different week once our van was fixed, again refused. So no not happy, didnt get to experience it, and we have learnrd our lesson and WILL NOT book again in the future. If I had a choice of zero stars I would tick it.
