Ik was blij met The food

Ik was niet blij met Cleanliness of toilets, refused access to entertainment as receptionist had forgotten to put the passes in our pack. The door man took great pleasure in intimidating us , refusing to accept our booking proof whilst allowing everyone else access. We felt it was because we weren’t from the United Kingdom. Went to reception the next day really upset requested to speak to the manager, never heard back from them.
