Overall camping experience was great clubhouse was great park kept the kids entertained

The toilet facilities was awful they was constant puddles of water on the floor and my daughter slipped and fell she could have seriously hurt herself

Location is nice. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to town.

The toilet is not regularly cleaned during peak time. Most of the time it smelled and wet. No self-cleaning tools are provided like mop and water pusher. Water is constantly too hot. No option to choose cold water.

Only 4 toilets and 3 showers are available for the whole site - tents & campervan. Not enough during peak time.

One of the front desk staff is rude and not friendly.

The staff were friendly and it was a nice big area to pitch up in. The location is good, and the beach at Withernsea is really nice. Withernsea town didn't seem too busy despite being in the school holidays, we had a great couple of days.

The toilets were disgusting, the smell was unbelievably bad. Not nice with little kids.

There is an amusement arcade and a bar with some entertainment. Both are a total rip-off. The arcade especially was a total scam, even by arcade standards!

The evening entertainment was okay, the staff who presented were great but people were encouraged to sign up to a game to win prizes - but every prize was a car sticker advertising the holiday park brand. People seems legitimately shocked by how awful the prizes were. I know it's just a bit of fun, but when you're charging as much as they do at the bar I think giving out 4 or 5 free drinks a night as part of the entertainment wouldn't break the bank! Or a round of crazy-golf or a free swim, anything but a sticker.

The swimming sessions were very short for what they were at the pool was tiny.

Basically I feel like they're just over-charging and under-delivering.

Grounds were clean and staff were friendly.
Lots to do off site Withernsea, Mappleton ,Hornsea and Bridlington all within an hours drive making a nice road trip.

Swimming was always fully booked the entertainment facilities were too small for such a large site, making the activities passes pointless and expensive a waste of money.
And everyone I spoke with seemed to pay a different amounts for the same stay

Just come home from a brilliant stay at withernsea holiday park. Myself and my two younger children stayed on the touring field in our motor home, we had plenty of space and were pitched next to a basketball/football court which the boys spent alot of time on! The entertainment at night was brill, they got the children involved especially a lady called Charlotte.. The arcades and parks were modern and clean.
Pool was heated and clean.
Beautiful sandy beach!! Which was only a 5 min walk from the site.. Plenty for children to do on this site.

Shower block and toilets needed updating and cleaning more regularly. Bluebell pitch.

Really impressed with this site. We chose a large powered pitch. It was only a couple of minutes walk from the reception and entertainment/restaurant area.

Toilet and shower area was clean and well maintained.

The beach is very walkable distance even with small children and carrying gear. Withernsea is much quieter than places like Bridlington or Scarborough, but the town has everything you would expect from a British seaside resort town, and is not at all run down.

There was plenty for the kids to do on site and nearby. Will stay again.

Restaurant was a bit pricey, although the deal for two breakfasts was good value.

The Nisa Local shop onsite was not well stocked if you wanted to prepare your own meals on your barbecue. Not a big issue though as Tesco and Aldi are only a few minutes drive.

Shower blocks and toilet blocks were disgusting
We booked with another party and asked to be placed together but when we arrived they hadn’t done this and were not helpful at all. Lied to us telling us the other pitches were all booked up and if they moved us it would have a “snowball” effect. However the full weekend we were there the pitches we asked to move to were free all weekend. My sisters booking had been put down as a 6 man tent pitch but she was in a caravan with her family. The weekend was pretty much ruined for us because of this. The show bar smelt of damp and was dirty.

Good location, next to local shops and amenities

Not a very good experience, toilet and washing facilities very dirty, awful smell throughout the stay. Campsite is overrun with seagulls, yes I would expect them near the sea, but not to swoop down whilst eating food etc. Couldnt relax and sit on campsite because of the seagulls attacking you. Wake up call by seagulls every morning at 10 to 4. No entertainment passes provided as expected, and yes I could have went and asked for them, but when I went to use them the reception had closed. Playpark for toddlers/young kids overran by early teenagers causing bother.

The staff were very helpful, the site was nice. The arcades had modern machines available. The kids enjoyed the entertainment and the staff were great with the kids

The toilet/shower block, this really was the main issue letting down the site overall. I dont think its been refurbished properly since the early 90,s with minimal maintenance to try and make them fit for use. The cleaning schedule is below what is required for how much it is used and with it being a small block for the amount of users it becomes dirty very quickly. Swimming pool is really small and always fully booked, maybe consider an outdoor pool for the summer months during busy times would be an idea. We used the local pool in the town as it was bigger and had a slide etc

Site was clean and tidy. Plenty for kids to do and staff were great.
