Toilet block was disgusting pitches were a disgrace lumps and bumps (big ruts) everywhere rubbish all over we've stayed here in the past and was nothing like it is today it has massively gone down hill will not be returning

We had a generously sized plot that gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. The entire site felt tidy and well looked after, which made settling in easy and stress-free. It was also reassuring to see staff and security making regular rounds—it added an extra layer of comfort knowing everything was being kept in check.

Only one shower cubicle in our toilet block.

The prices in the bar restaurant are a bit steap
Missed 3 days swimming cause thought you had to book wasnt told about the walk in maybe make this known

It is very close to the beach and has different things for the children to do.

The site is very dated and could do with a refurb. Ladies toilet/shower block was tired and old looking and smelt damp. Restaurants was was very slow to bring food out. We ordered 4 meals 2 came out 2 took a further 20 mins to arrive

Can’t fault this park! Everything was fantastic for us! We had a lovely time away with our 8 year old grandson & dog In our campervan We pitched up at 43 big large pitch.. You see & hear the seagulls but they were never a problem for us! And I’m so afraid of Birds 🤦🏼‍♀️
Showers & toilets were clean every time we used them. We didnt go to the entertainment so can’t comment! But I’m sure they would of been great.. We did the arcades and swimming etc.. Our grandson was more interested in enjoying playing outside in the football pitch and outside it with the other children..
Withernsea has a Tesco & Aldi and great charity shops! The beach front had the showground rides and big bouncy castle like 5 mins away in car 😊 And the best ice cream shop on the left as you leave the play park 😊 Serving black vanilla ice cream that obv are grandson loved.. Owner was so lovely and even gave him extra napkins 🤣 plus a sweet as we left super friendly and dog friendly..
We went to (Spurn point ) which was about 20mins away! Quiet but beautiful beach area for dogs to run and kids to explore under the stones for crabs 🦀 etc.. And lovely clean toilets at carpark in

We didn’t make it sadly as my son was poorly and rushed into HDU

We had to cancel due to my son being extremely poorly. The manager at Withernsea sands said we could change the date or contact head office for a refund. We chose the latter. Then head office refused the refund or a change of dates. We send many e mails and they have told us they couldn’t do anything
This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with park dean; and have decided we will no longer book with them again.

Helpful staff on reception and location for Withernsea and beach was fab, pitch was good nice and flat

The toilet and shower block was grim - never any soap and sometimes ran out of loo roll. Felt cleaner before going for a shower

Good size pitches, not overly busy or noisy

Cleanliness of toilet block - no hand soap and general not pleasant

Plenty of space for tents and cars, you don’t feel pend in if it’s busy.

The toilet/shower blocks!!!! Not particularly clean. No hand wash because people stole them and they were not replaced.
