Site was rough people up till 2 am shouting and the language out there mouth was disgraceful no entertainment or bingo even tho we was told there would be but only 5 pro in the club 2 being children we we spent one night out of 4

The pool was open

No changing rooms to the pool. Shower block dirty, my son said there was poo smeared on the wall in the men’s. A used thong in the grass 🤷🏻‍♀️. A strong smell of weed being smoked. Signs saying no electric bikes, but in the first 10 minutes there were 2. More of a residential park than holiday.. I didn’t feel safe and it was obvious that the residents didn’t want us there..

Staff are friendly, showers and toilets are very clean.

Unfortunately the restaurant was only open at weekends, but we didn’t need that facility.

The only thing that was welcoming was the receptionist

The fact of people dealing drugs infront on my children, people taking drugs in the men’s toilets. The pitches too close together. Everything is tired and worn out at this resort. There are no prices within the, what’s meant to be a convenient store but it was full of non essential things. The pool area had seen better days. The chip shop was empty but took half hour to cook chips, when they came they was disgusting as the oil needs changing in the fryers. I know this as I work within the food industry. The ladies in the cafe are very old school cooking absolutely everything fried. When certain items don’t need to be. The toilet and shower block have seen better days. The hand dryers don’t work not very clean there. Go to toilet through night there was toilet paper everywhere, sick up the toilets absolutely disgusting and filthy to see. The noise cerfew is stupidly late when you have people playing loud music till 2am at the tents then putting it back on at 7am. No wardens walking around checking on people to see if everything is ok. Says there is brilliant WiFi available but at a cost, this should be included in the price. Generally dissatisfied with the stay here and will never be returning!

The site had a lot of facilities, friendly staff and easy to find the camp site.

Park swimming pool walks by the river fish shop wasn't bad either shower blocks clean

Being stuck in the middle of two caravans didn't mind but there was room further down we could have had

Everyone was very friendly (staff and also other campers)

Big and also the cleanest toilet/shower facilities I’ve experienced on my stays
Great entertainment
Very welcoming site. Couldn’t leave without booking again.
