Easy exit

The place was full of travelers that was doing balloons out the there transit van with a biker gang making loads of noise in the corner of the site there was also traveler kids riding around on the bikes the whole place was terrible not a place to stay

Reception staff are lovely. Clean toilets and showers

Pitches were extremely muddy and in my opinion bookings should not be being taken for those pitches.
The tent pitches are technically on a roundabout. A patch of grass in the middle of a road that goes all the way around.
I'd liken it to a "travellers" site, seems quite rough.

Lots of caravans which are clearly lived in and not maintained so looked messy,
Shop was very limited with next to nothing in there,
Very noisy at night l, drunk people making lots of noise,
Had a feel of not being a very safe site so kids couldn’t be left to play freely

Showers and toilets very clean.

It rained a lot so grass pitch was flooded, so we had to park on the road parallel to it.

Friendly Staff

Lots of very minging caravans on site gives the place a very rough vibe. No WiFi on the pitch unless you pay extra and no hard standing pitches so you end up parked on the access road. No toilet paper and cold showers, until you find the better kept showers and toilet block attached to the bar.

All the grass pitches were flooded because of the rain so we had to stay along the road so if you went away for the day you weren't sure to find a spot

Friendly staff and other guests

Site has really been run down over the years. Driving in it’s shocking, looks like a dumping/scrap yard in which used to be an overflow car park. Club house looked as if it’s been in a time warp with abandoned arcade machines gathering dust and no use to anybody.
