We had trouble with our boiler, it was sorted within 30minutes of us phoning up. Every member of staff we encountered was lovely and friendly. Lots to do for our little one, as he is autistic he doesn’t like busy places, so we came at non peak season and he absolutely loved it. The park was his favourite - so many slides. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back

The pubs were very quiet during your stay but as the weather has been amazing most people were making the most of the sun.

Couldn’t fault it one bit. The place was immaculate no litter or anything lying around, big space to park for own privacy, the facilities were brilliant really clean toilets/ showers etc. parks for all ages from very young to older kids. Lovely indoor facilities as well and the staff in amusements etc were extremely helpful and lovely. Couldn’t fault it one bit. Also the beach is stunning! Will definitely be returning and would recommend.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Shop was badly stocked so used local spar. Very poor mobile signal which made booking into swimming pool difficult. Site is very steep - good for views but not for walking.

Sorry to hear that you felt the shop was under stocked we do pride ourselves on our store and it is generally fully stocked as the park has been very busy with the Easter holidays some things were selling out really quickly and we would apologise if you were unable to find everything you needed during your stay.
As a rural park we do have issues with mobile signals for some networks but we will always book guests in for activities in the reception or pool kiosk if this is an issue for you.

The scenery is stunning, the staff friendly and helpful, the kids entertainment and activities are well run and even though our group consisted of children aged 5 to 11, there was something for all. (Us grown ups too!) The site was clean and the showers and sinks always had hot water. The atmosphere was great and we said before the end of our first night we would be back...currently looking forward to another trip in July. 5 star trip to a 5 star site!
