Voeg je bedrijfsgegevens toeLittle Modbury Farm is a cosy and quiet single hut in a secluded location in south Devon, with separate, modern, facilities including a fully-fitted kitchen and a shower and toilet room. It's in a peaceful rural setting home to colourful flowers and plants in different seasons: apple, pear and plum trees, old wildflowers, hazel tree saplings, blossoms, blackberries and daffodils all have their habitats here.
The site is on a working farm owned by the same family for decades, and home to sheep, cows, sheepdogs and chickens. It’s on the northern edge of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 20 minutes’ drive from Ivybridge and the southern side of Dartmoor, in scenic countryside with plenty to see and do all around.
Hikers can access the coastal path without having to drive and a footpath very close to the site leads to the local town of Modbury, a friendly place with a village feel, a supermarket, a beautician's, gift shops, a deli, a much-recommended butcher’s, café s and four pubs, all serving food.
Guests drive own a long bumpy farm lane to reach the hut: once there, light a fire and get cosy inside, or laze about on loungers outside before an alfresco meal on the decking. A fully-equipped and modern kitchen a short stroll away has an oven, kettle, sink, folding dining table and chairs, cooking equipment, cutlery, mugs, glasses and cleaning products; outdoors, a firepit is provided for guests’ use and a barbecue can be supplied in summer.
A separate shower and toilet room is also provided.

Popular local towns include Salcombe, 25 minutes’ drive from the farm, and Dartmouth, 40 minutes away; Totnes and Dartington (each 30 minutes) have a more alternative vibe.
