Mi è piaciuto lovely well organised very clean site. toilets and shower room was immaculate all the time. The pub onsite was ok. we loved the goats Ronnie and Reggie cray. we fished on the 1st night and was over charged but the lady said they could fish for a few hours when we got back on the 2nd night as the kids wanted to but was only 2 hrs left. which i thought was great. We went on a local walk the 2nd day which i highly recommend Hawkshaw follies, it had caves pixies trolls high swing bridges. it was a great day out with the kiddies.

Non mi è piaciuto It’s very residential so kind of felt we were 2nd to them understandable as people live there permanently, but when your paying the money too and being away with friends and family we expect to be able to be treated as equals.

JUST TO CONFIRM YOU WAS NOT OVER CHARGED YOU JUST GOT BOOKED ON THE WRONG LAKE A MEMBER OFF STAFF BOOKED YOU ON KINGFISHER LAKE AND THAT ISN'T SUITABLE FOR KIDS THERE ARE BIG FISH IN THERE AND YOU GUYS AGREED I OFFERED TO REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE BUT YOU ASKED INSTEAD OF THAT COULD THE BOYS HAVE A COUPLE HRS THE NEXT DAY AND I AGREED. WE TREAT ALL OUR CUSTOMERS THE SAME WE VALUE NEW CUSTOMERS AS MUCH AS RETURNING CUSTOMERS WE DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS THAT LIVE PERMANENTLY ON SITE AS WE ARE A HOLIDAY PARK NOT RESIDENTIAL. WE DO HAVE RULES ON SITE AND THE RULERS ARE FOR EVERY ONE. HOPE WE SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN

Mi è piaciuto Loved the restaurant and the bar, farm shop. The Toilet block and shower block were always clean and a really well kept site.

Non mi è piaciuto With coming with young children they wanted a park to play on especially being on a campsite. But to access the park you had to pay to get into the play centre which was £13 for 2 children and no discount was added for staying at the site. I understood that it was open to the public but mine didn’t want to go in the soft play they just wanted to go on the park. They also used the trampolines which was a nice touch, but again not discounted with staying there which was £22 for a hour.
