Mi è piaciuto Loved everything. Beautiful views and friendly staff. I came alone with my dog to relax and that’s what I got. Amazing for wild swimming and exploring rock pools. The pizza wasn’t open when I stayed but I didn’t mind. Lovely clean shower and toilet block facilities.

Mi è piaciuto Beautiful setting, lovely walks near by, with golden fields I loved my pitch it was so peaceful and set apart from the others . Very relaxing. I didn’t try the wild swimming but perhaps next time I will. Friendly and helpful owners. Handy to have your own toilet on the pitch. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Mi è piaciuto This was my 2nd stay. I was being brave and trying a solo camp. Literally had the beautiful site all to my self! So peaceful! Cold showers excellent. Walking on the ridgeway excellent. Unfortunately I chickened out at sunset when I saw thunderstorms in the weather forecast so came home early 😫. Looking forward to staying next year. I hope the expansion only improves the site but keeps the basic charm.

Mi è piaciuto Very pretty location. Back to basics campsite. Campfires were a plus. The outdoor showers were actually quite nice in the hot weather. I would return again.

Mi è piaciuto Nice shower block, nice restaurant to get a coffee in the morning. ( we forgot our pans for the stove!) Staff are really friendly. One lady came to show us to our pitch in the pouring rain! Then checked up later.Dedication. Well done. Even though it was busy It was peaceful and quiet in the evening. I understand there are limited campfires to purchase but that was not a problem for me. Very clean facilities and nice shower. We enjoyed our mini chill out break. Thanks Kim

Mi è piaciuto Peaceful and amazing views. It’s my 2nd time staying and it was just what we needed. Really like the individual pitches and the long grass. Facilities were kept really clean. Perfect for chilling out. If it had a shower we would have loved to have stayed longer. Just wishful thinking. Saw some shooting stars 🤩. Hopefully we can visit again.

Mi è piaciuto Staff have made a really big effort to make guests feel comfortable and safe. Customer service was excellent right from check in. Plenty of extra toilets this year that were cleaned frequently. Particular shout out to the team member who kept driving around in the van checking on every one.Thanks for helping with the fire, you did a really good job. We camped in the same spot as last year which was really nice overlooking the sheep.We had a really nice time and would recommend the site to anyone. We want to try camping in the woods next time.

Mi è piaciuto This campsite was lovely. Excellent value.Nice helpful owners with the best dog.The space between pitches is great. The views across the fields are lovely. I saw a Barn Owl fly over at sunrise it was magical. Very relaxing. I will be returning next summer.

Mi è piaciuto We had a lovely stay at this campsite. The family field was booked up so they placed us in another field which suited us as it was quiet and had lovely views.We extended our stay by one day no problem in the shop. Lovely lamb chops purchased for BBQ. Toilets are basic but we were expecting that. It’s a lovely place for both couples,family’s and groups. Perhaps a dedicated area to let your dog have a run off the lead would be good.I would go back staff service was excellent despite it being busy.
