Mi è piaciuto The site and staff members. Having a pool on site is a massive bonus and the pub food was good and reasonably priced too. Wifi on the pitch was good and the kids made good use of the play park

Non mi è piaciuto Not so much a dislike more an observation. We went at a very busy time and the site was full. Toilets could possibly have been cleaned a bit more frequently. And perhaps someone keeping an eye on the noise curfew as we had some noisy neighbours a few nights

Non mi è piaciuto The smell coming from the toilets and even the shower and washing up block was vile. The cleanliness in these areas was poor. We are far from snobs and have stayed on many campsites over the years but this was just dirty The electrics in the bottom field where we were was ridiculous. Having splitters on the leads so you're running 3 pitches off one electric point. You pay extra for ehu yet with litterally nothing else on struggled to even power the fridge in the caravan. Others were having exactly the same issues so it was definitely the site electrics

Mi è piaciuto Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely little shop on site with all the essentials. Facilities always clean and tidy. Good hot showers, even have a place to clean wet suits and dogs. Good size hard standing pitches. Location is great would highly recommend

Mi è piaciuto The cleanliness of the toilet and shower block, well kept site and friendly staff. The bar is also a bonus. Lovely little park for the kids

Mi è piaciuto The fully serviced pitches which included a sky dish point as TV reception was poor. You could even borrow a freesat box secured with a deposit for your stay

Non mi è piaciuto Shower block was quite cold inside. Supposed to have underfloor heating but can't work very well. Also there was no lighting at all from the pitch to the toilet block. So take a torch... park for the kids was a bit of a trek from the touring pitches

Mi è piaciuto The site layout is great Little shop and cocktail bar very handy too. Toilet and shower block were good size and very clean and tidy, showers were fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice walk only 10 minutes to the beach and at low tide can walk into the beautiful town Newquay. High tide is slightly further but still a nice walk. Highly recommend the site. All amenities you need are close by. Will definitely be returning. Top job Wern Mill Caravan Park keep up the good work 👍

Mi è piaciuto The friendly staff and spacious pitches. Everything kept clean and tidy. Kids loved the park and the watersports. And we quite enjoyed the cafe

Non mi è piaciuto Could do with a few more toilets and showers for the amount of pitches.

Mi è piaciuto Toilet block was a nice size. Pitches were plenty big enough and amzing views and walks.

Non mi è piaciuto They are supposed to send you a code to get in and then another to get in to the toilets. They are very forgetful when it comes to this and left us stuck outside for over half an hour. Another camper let us in as nobody was answering the phones on either number. Didnt know which pitch to go on. So i chose one at random. Just parked up 45 mins after arriving to then recieve a phone call back. And told me i couldnt stay on the pitch i had chose i had to move. Really poor service i wasnt amused. Phone signal is very poor there and no tv signal. So take entertainment with you. Toilet block could do with a good clean especially round the washing up area. The road to the campsite is horrendous. Definately in need of resurfacing

Non mi è piaciuto Really unlevel field to pitch tent on and could easily roll your ankle walking to your pitch with all the holes in the field. Toilets were in shower cubicles and the floors were filthy and soaking wet constantly. Making it impossible to get into clean clothes in the shower cubicles. Shop had a very limited selection. And where they put us was very exposed and strong wind will destroy your tent.
