Non mi è piaciuto Rude owners that dont seem to learn from their poor feed back. Having stayed for just for one night on this campsite I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. The rest of the party have already left detailed feedback. We got called disrespectful to the campers and owners for leaving the site at 8. No one on site even looked up as we left and as we left within ten mins your response to the last review sounds strange! To say that if you didn't want us to leave you would have locked the gates sums things up well. Rather than argue with all your customers that say your customer service skills are poor (I've looked there are quite a few) maybe it's time to reflect and rather than be defensive in your responses surely it's worth taking YOUR customers feedback on board as this will really help your business. I really hope you can take these comments on board to improve things for other campers.
