Mi è piaciuto Nice quiet, family friendly campsite, large pitches, lots of rules which was a good thing. Clean toilets and showers. Good washing up facilities. There’s also a washing machine and dryer. Comfortable, we had a great time.

Mi è piaciuto Brilliant comfortable pods. Everything you could need was supplied. Beautiful view. We had the best time and enjoyed our evenings by the pods relaxing.

Mi è piaciuto We had such a lovely time at Cragg Farm camping pods. There’s two pods and we had booked both pods so we actually had the place to ourselves. There’s an amazing view from the pods and lovely grazing sheep around. The camping pods area is fenced off making it safe for children to play and roam and it felt very private. Everything you could need is provided inside the pods and even more, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and she’s there to ensure you have the best stay possible.

Mi è piaciuto We took two bell tents, everything we needed was provided and more. Good facilities and close to Dorchester and Dorset attractions.

Mi è piaciuto We really enjoyed our stay at Thorncombe Farm, the Bell tent we stayed in was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I did not expect plates, bowls and cups, a gas stove or camping lamps but all these were included in our stay. The fire pit also provided was great for marshmallows o sticks or for a barbecue. One of the attractive things about this site is that it is nice and quiet, no noisy groups, people respected the rules and were very quite after 9pm. But the best thing about Thorncombe farm were the goats, it may sound strange but all the children on the site loved the goats, they kept them entertained for two evenings, they were really friendly and tame. Vanessa the farm owner was also very friendly and approachable. We would definitely stay here again.

Non mi è piaciuto Not a big issue because the site is quiet and not overcrowded but bigger toilet block and shower block would be an improvement.
