Mi è piaciuto Options of different fields etc. Facilities were mostly good, and a good amount. Food on site and availability of campfires, bins etc was good. Felt like a lot of thought had gone into it.

Non mi è piaciuto A few minor problems with some facilities (one very cold shower, and one with slipping mats, one toilet wouldnt flush) but mostly to be expected. and a lack of soap (but a good amount of toilet paper. The only thing we were a bit unsure of, was the rule of no driving on site after 9pm, a bit of a problem if you want to go out locally in the eve, or dont make it back from an outing in time.

Mi è piaciuto Picturesque, Lake swimming, woodlands, attentive hosts, small shop on site, tea room. Can hire firepit. Sunday morning discovered they were making bacon sandwiches right on the camping lawn to buy. Facilites, although portable, were pristine.

Non mi è piaciuto Lawn was not greatly even, hard to walk on, but i didnt expect much better for a place that has been so popular

Mi è piaciuto I liked how it was run, Friendly and relaxed, no nonsense and straight to the point, all facilities available and well maintained. It was up-and-coming, with a few things that needed looking at, but it was obvious to me that they were being looked into and will be improved upon. Looking forward to improvements and innovations of the future. Well worth the money and very pleasant experience.

Non mi è piaciuto It is on a main A road - obviously this is not the fault of the proprietors, and it was not a problem, only a minor inconvenience (as it is nice to have peace and quiet while camping). Field itself was stony under the surface, so for camping heavy duty pegs and a proper mallet are a must. Signal black spot and no wifi available.
