Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, accommodating owners who were very understanding of us running late and arriving past check in. Facilities were kept clean and stocked with toilet rolls etc. Campfires are scattered around and logs are available to purchase at the house. I loved the fact the sheep were there and mingling with the campers.

Non mi è piaciuto When you arrive, don’t turn immediately right into the field and get too close to the wall/get too close to the toilet block. It may be convenient, but it puts you right next to the septic tank. Totally not the owners fault of course! More a matter of our own stupidity! But just a warning it can be a tad whiffy if the wind picks up…

Mi è piaciuto Really lovely owners. Beautiful views. Great location- good variety of walks and attractions around. You can see Blackpool tower from the campsite which due to being a southerner was a great novelty.
