This is the second time we have been here, it is an amazing site, it is clean and tidy, staff are all very friendly, facilities are brilliant, only a short walk to the beach, we requested a pitch close to the dog walking area, which we got. Honestly I can’t recommend Newlands enough, so relaxing, peaceful, the views were amazing, we had the best time! Oh and the food at the tow bar, absolutely delicious! Thank you to all the team for your hard work making newlands the amazing place it is! Until next time 💙

Mi è piaciuto Loved the park itself, very clean and tidy. Absolutely love that dogs are allowed in the conservatory, we were able to enjoy a drink whilst looking out at the views, great location to the Jurassic coast, only a 10-15 minute walk away. We loved it so much we have booked to come again in a couple of weeks, although this time we have gone for an electric pitch in the hope we are further up the park. To appreciate the beautiful views! And they appear to be flatter pitches, which is super handy as we have a tentbox and found the other pitch here to be on a slant (hoping for a flat pitch this time) The pool is lovely as well :)

Non mi è piaciuto We unfortunately were placed right at the entrance, (yellow pitch 9 I believe) And the view was a hedge 🤣 after walking up to the dog walking area, we were a bit disappointed with the location of our pitch. After seeing other tent pitches with beautiful views Only downside to the pool is having to select a time you are going but I get it specially at peak times
