Mi è piaciuto Lovely little site and the camping pod was brilliant. We booked The Perch camping pod, very roomy, especially since we had our GSD dog with us. Added bonus of a double camp bed already there, although we had brought our own. My daughter still used hers, the double was very comfy. Our own separate (labelled, with key entry) shower, toilet and kitchenette area, which had a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, very useful. Separate washing up area as well clearly labelled. All very clean. Picnic bench with umbrella and cooking/bbq area by pod, great idea and very useful. The pod is surrounded by bushes and trees, so feels like you have the area to yourselves. Parking bay for your pod a short walk down the path from the pod. Overall a very nice campsite, with all the amenities. Perfect location for all the places we wanted to visit and see. Thanks Jerry and Emma for a great stay.

Non mi è piaciuto Obviously time of year, bushes slightly overgrown around pod, but no biggy. Would be handy to have a dog, wetsuit/paddleboard wash station, so you can was the salt water and sand off them.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site, very clean and tidy. Well marked pitches. Shower/toilet block was super clean and well kept. Dish washing area was small, but clean and tidy. Jess was very welcoming and pointed out all the things we needed and added bonus of a text message to say a guy would be cooking pizzas to order on the site one night. Extremely good.

Mi è piaciuto Loved the campsite, very well laid out and large pitches. Play area for kids, next to on site pub garden. Bent Peg pub, which served food, also takeaway. Small shop, but catered for most needs. Very friendly owners and staff. Plenty of fresh water taps and electric points. Toilets, showers etc were very clean and plenty of them even though they had some sealed off for Covid19 reasons. Not far from Watermouth Bay and Castle Theme Park great for big and little kids alike. Small freshwater stream running through campsite, near pub garden, the kids were paddling in this as well. There is also a lake in bottom field.

Non mi è piaciuto Parking down side of small road that runs around the field, very hard to negotiate large cars or towing a caravan. Suggest making people park more in their pitches if able. No other dislikes.

Mi è piaciuto Only stayed the one nught on way to Cornwall, but wanted to check it out for future stays. Very friendly welcoming and informative team. No cars allowed on site, but use of a very sturdy wheelbarrow available to transport stuff from car. Pitch was easily identifiable, but were shown where to pitch and also location of all facilities, including launderette. Didnt use all facilities, but did have a good look round and found everything to be clean and in good order. Also use of a fridge and freezer was a bonus.

Non mi è piaciuto Only appeared to be one toilet /shower block on site, so if you were further in the woods it could be quite a trek to the loo.
