Mi è piaciuto Space, children could run around without us worrying about them as field was so big. Pitches were nice and big, plenty of room for a 7 man tent, kitchen area and car. Lovely walks around the area

Non mi è piaciuto The porter loos were not emptied enough, we were there for 7 nights and only saw them emptied twice, one of witch was when we were packing up. The heat made them worse, hand sanitizer and needed as most of our stay one never had any. The last 3 days of our stay the toilets were unbearable. It does state on website that there are porter loo's. Once they were emptied then they were fine

Mi è piaciuto There is nothing to dislike. Patches well spaced out, nice and big, we have a 8 man tent and we could of fitted 2 more of the same size onto our patch. Only 3. Bell tents on site and 4 patches to set up tents, so nice and peaceful. Path mowed to each patch and so that no other campers intruded your space. No houses around just open fields and hills in the distance. Hens roaming freely, the sounds of geese, and a few cows in the distance. Free range eggs, logs, kidding, charcoal could be bought from the owners. Two washing up sinks, 2 shower rooms with loos all with very hot water and very clean. Even a compost loo should the shower rooms be engaged. Owners very friendly and welcoming. Very nice peaceful well relaxed few days camping, differently going back.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly helpful owners, peaceful clean camp site. Able to bring an electric cool box and plug it into mains. Also has a communal fridge freezer for all campers to use.
