Mi è piaciuto Riverside location Friendly staff Quiet Site Woodland path to explore Friendly farm animals to interact with Clean Pub food was great and having kids toys was lovely

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets running out of loo roll / saw dust Only 2 toilets so got busy at times

Dal gestore: Thank you for your feedback. Just to reassure guests, all our toilets are cleaned every hour as we have a rota which deploys staff to do this. There are in fact 5 toilets on site all the time the pub is open (which is until late at night). The weekend you stayed was a bank holiday weekend and we had an unusually large number of children on site who, when using the toilets independently emptied the whole bin of sawdust down the toilet, despite us trying to manage this and speak to parents. I’m sorry you were inconvenienced.
