Very basic campsite, only cheap option in Mersea unfortunately

Mi è piaciuto Toilets and shower block kept clean
Non mi è piaciuto No facilities like phone charging, fridge for food etc- for price and the fact that there is a bar and swimming pool I would have expected that.

Field very exposed, regimented pitches right in Centre of field with no shade ( can’t choose your own around edge of field etc), brambles in grass

giu 2025 Mi è piaciuto Great toilets, lots of thought has gone into the camp, gorgeous defined flat pitches with a hammock and privacy. Beautiful, peaceful with loads of birds! Perfect for the Snowdonia Slate Trail
