Mi è piaciuto Well kept site with excellent facilities. Well Signposted. Shower and loo block were spotless. Social area was great with fridges, kettles etc. There’s benches and sofas, tv etc. was given an info sheet on arrival with local walks and things to see. 10 walk to the Mere with a nice 45 minute walk around, through woodland and a boardwalk. As a solo female, it felt very safe and was used by families and walkers. Really quiet and dark at night with just a couple of hooting owls, heaven! I was in a campervan and I noticed a few vans used chocks to get level but there are plenty of level pitches. Will definitely return.

Mi è piaciuto The pitches were clearly marked and well kept. Checked in online and was given my pitch number meaning I could just come down the driveway and set up straight away. Driving directions were given via text which made it very easy to find. Lovely scenery and views, quiet site with a very nice warm shower block. There was a kettle in the washing up kitchen if you wanted to make an easy brew. Owners were really pleasant, came to say hello as I was setting up and let me know they were there if I needed anything.
