Mi è piaciuto Quiet location, adults only, clean facilities and friendly owner. Fantastic large pitches so you're not on top of each other. Never had to queue for loo or shower even on busy bank holiday weekend.

Mi è piaciuto Lovely site with large marked out pitches amongst meadow areas. We stayed for the Highland cattle and weren't disappointed! They're my favourite animals and we got to say hello to them all and see the little babies too. Really clean facilities. Lovely smelling soap provided by the hand washing sinks. Fantastic trollies for hauling your stuff from the car park. We didn't hire a fire pit but wish we had. It was a lovely atmosphere at night to see all the fires lit. Friendly owners. Look out for an email with the gate code for access! Close to Billingshurst for Lidl. Recommend Pulborough Paddles to hire paddleboards, kayaks or canoes. Also RSPB Pulborough Brooks is worth a visit. We only stayed for 2 nights but would like to come back for longer to explore the local area more. Great that it's adults only too so you know there'll be no noisy kids about. Made it more relaxed. I have a child so not against kids but this was a grown up break. Lovely starry skies.

Non mi è piaciuto Only negative was the lack of phone signal really but that's not the site's fault, of course! There was free WiFi but connected strength a little sketchy. Could be that were were too far away at the other end of the field. I didn't mind being disconnected but it was worrying for my auntie who cares for my elderly grandfather. Also, you might want to bring earplugs as it's close to the Gatwick flight path and I found the planes quite loud whilst trying to sleep. But with my ear plugs in, I slept really well.

Mi è piaciuto Clean facilities, no restrictions on pitch size or being able to bring additional shelters/gazebos, etc. Handy USB charging station and a freezer for ice blocks. Hot showers and hot water for washing up. Friendly resident cat! And good phone signal too. The fire pits are fab! Wish we had better weather for them!

Non mi è piaciuto Not a biggie but could do with more wheelbarrows for carting your stuff from the car to the pitch. There was only two. Another site I've stayed at had several big trollies that fit more in, these would be an excellent addition.

Mi è piaciuto Stunning location within easy reach of Snowdonia's attractions, quiet at night, opportunity to buy freshly cooked pizza. Other campers all really friendly.

Non mi è piaciuto Cold showers that I totally missed in the campsite description so totally my fault but to be fair, it could have been included in the main description of the site, not just in the bullet points of facilities down the bottom. Lots of mud but that's the fun of a back to basics campsite! Bring wellies haha.

Mi è piaciuto Friendly welcome at the bar, clean facilities, quiet location.

Non mi è piaciuto Description said pub toilets would be a available 24h, however there's now an outside wetroom, which is great as we didn't expect a shower to be a available, however a wet room means that if someone is using the shower and the pub is closed, you can't go to the loo. Luckily we didn't have an issue but it would be good to have more than one loo available.
