Non mi è piaciuto Having stayed at the Sewardstone site twice last year and absolutely loving it we booked for a stop over on the way home from Paris hoping for the same quality of site and we were very disappointed!! When we got to the cabin a man was parked there and had the contents of his transit van including car parts on our table and had filled the outside bin. The cabin and decking were also dirty with grass all over the floor and bed, a dirty sock and rusty earrings on the floor. Bed was so uncomfortable and noisy I ended up sharing the single top bunk with my daughter as every move my husband made would roll me over the bed. Showers and toilets also dirty and unkept, full UV tube light hanging off the ceiling and resting on the floor in the shower block in the ladies. We barely slept and we packed up and left by 6:30 without showers as the facilities were so dirty. My kids went to look for the play area noted on the map to find nothing there. Over all just so so disappointed after our previous experience of the sister site which is absolutely brilliant, feel like I wasted my money completely

Mi è piaciuto Location is amazing! So easy to reach all of the sites of London by hopping on the regular buses that run all day that take your directly to Walthamstow tube and made all the more convenient with the bus stop within the site. Staff were so so friendly and helpful! Site was kept clean, toilets/ showers cleaned regularly and staff litter picking throughout the day. Well stocked shop with all the essentials. As stated in other reviews, there is a little bit of traffic noise and planes overhead however, this is a site on a main road close to London and on a flight path this is to be expected! It was in no way intrusive or an issue the site still felt rural and peaceful and you can still hear the birds. Lots of wildlife around, rabbits and foxes come out in the evening which my kids absolutely loved!! 10/10 site for us, we loved our stay and have recommend it to our friends, this will now be our go to site whenever we visit a London in the future!

Non mi è piaciuto Toilet blocks by the reception a little hit and miss at night, often blocked and most nights the loo roll ran out by 9pm! WiFi very hit and miss! We paid to upgrade to the premium WiFi but was not much improved from the free service available!

Mi è piaciuto The area is lovely and scenery from pitch was great. On site farm great for the little ones, we did not visit as our children are a little older however, we did hear good reviews from fellow campers who had visited.

Non mi è piaciuto Advertised as no noise on site after 8pm, on a sunny evening I would never expect for this to be the case and I feel 10/11pm to be fair however one party playing music and being loud until well after midnight unchallenged spoilt the atmosphere. We arrived back to our tent on day 2 to find a family had been allowed to pitch two full sized tents in the one pitch site and park their 2 cars either side leaving them incredibly close to our tent and practically driving over our guy ropes. Both of which really did spoil our stay. Add to that only 2 shower cubicles and 3 toilets to serve the whole camp and the washing up areas having no sort or roof/shelter left is very disappointed with our stay and we have no plans to ever return sadly.
