Mi è piaciuto Really lovely, chilled campsite. Simple set-up, basically just a big field with camping tending to be just at the edges. Nathan and Jane were great hosts. Very friendly. Toilets and showers were really good. Clean, proper toilets and showers, water pressure and temperature in shower were fantastic and no tokens or payment needed.

Non mi è piaciuto Could do with one or two more drinking water taps and washing up stations (there was only one tap and one washing up station, with only cold water) but that's my only very very small complaint. In fact it's not even a complaint!

Mi è piaciuto This is a fantastic campsite - really well located right by the water and with amazing views out towards Poole, Brown Sea Island and Sandbanks. We stayed in the Tipi which commanded the best views of all and is situated just a few metres from the shoreline. There was also a campfire and two picnic tables for us to use. The tipi was very spacious inside and came with a couple of lanterns to keep us illuminated at night. We were able to take our paddleboards directly out onto the water very easily and enjoyed lazing about on them in the late summer sunshine! There is also an on-site bar which serves drinks and freshly made pizzas in the evening as well as breakfast baps, teas and coffees in the morning, so you don’t need to bring any cooking equipment if that’s not your thing! Jon is very friendly and helpful and quick to answer any queries over WhatsApp. We would definitely return.

Non mi è piaciuto Although the site advertises the fact there are only a couple of fairly basic showers available for everyone to use, the site would be even better if there was a larger, more permanent showerblock facility. I appreciate though that this is very possibly impractical for the space.
