Mi è piaciuto Fantastic amenities - pool, amusements, shop, pub, events. Shop and bar so reasonably priced for everything. Takeaway cafe amazing, great selection of ice cream, coffee, homemade pizza and delicious food all day cooked to order. Showers and toilets at pool absolutely immaculate. Pool a great size and has plenty of loungers for families and adults. Nice gardens and surrounding. Felt safe.

Non mi è piaciuto Toilets/shower block clean but could do with a little updating and the washing up area defo needs a little tlc. No fridges/ freezers for communal use (shop you can pay to freeze ice packs). Could do with a really decent play area/park - if there was one we didn’t find it! We had a non electric pitch and to note the size of the pitch includes your car, our tent was 3.5x4 and we had no room for an awning or outside cooking etc also extremely difficult to put the tent up and pack down with having a car immediately next to the pitch edge (extending poles out etc) and also quite difficult to get car in and out of the plot, especially if the person in front of you has a trailer parked literally on the boundary. Too far to walk into Newquay with small kids. A busy and lively site - some music etc from pitches and lots of kids of course but I’d expect that with the level of amenities and pub so that’s just an observation for future customers.

Mi è piaciuto Off the beaten track scenic location Very friendly and helpful owners Fire pits dug on request - wood also available - sealed the deal for us. Nice size campsite No wifi and minimal phone signal perfect for a relaxing triply and Alyson offer other extras such as camp beds, chairs etc, we didn't get anything but is a great idea in case you're camping with kids and something breaks! Thank you! We will be back soon!

Non mi è piaciuto Nothing really. Could do with an extra toilet - male and female - my teenage daughter would hate to share a compost loo with men having been in/going in after if she had come camping this time! Maybe slight improvement to shower facilities for longer stays.

Dal gestore: We have identified 3 areas of concern regarding the toilet facilities: 1) Poor lighting - a new solar panel lighting system has now been installed. 2) Separate facilities for men are now installed. 3) A compost toilet system can be a little confusing for children to use, consequently on numerous occasions it being left in an unclean state for others - Parents must realise that we are your site owners / hosts and not your children's babysitters, so yet again we have to point out, (as we do on each arrival), that children must not use the shower & toilet facilities unsupervised at any time.
