Mi è piaciuto We had a 1 night stay on the way heading further north. It was a great, basic site in a wonderful location. Across the road from the country park and with great views all around. A lovely walk right from the door! Good communications from David, whom we met shortly after we arrived. He even helped carry one of the heavier picnic tables to our pitch. Basic but clean portaloos and a great spot for a short stay. Would happily return.

Mi è piaciuto We have just returned from a great 2-night stay at Olive Tree. A wonderful site with hard standing / grass pitches, with great and friendly wardens. The site is very well maintained, is adults only, great toilets and showers with music playing 24/7, hand wash, fresh flowers, hairdryer, plentiful loo roll and very clean. A great washing up area and really clear recycling / bin area. A short walk brings you to the canal where you can walk all the way to Retford (about 3 miles) , a really lovely town with cracking real ale pubs and a lovely park. A short drive away is Clumber Park. Had a cracking weekend and would highly recommend.
