Their children played football until late at night with the ball hitting our van numerous times. The adults were drunk and also very noisy. We woke in the morning to find food around our van and awning from the bbq they had thrown for numerous people. This ruined our stay.
We are sorry that you did not have the best experience with us here at Ullswater Holiday Park, we were unaware of the situation and do apologies. We do ask all guests if you are having any issues with other guests or unhappy with your pitch that you pop into reception and see a member of our team who are always happy to help.
In this case we would have spoken to the other guests on site and offered you an alternative pitch.
