The site as a whole is very good the pool is excellent as is the show bar and entertainment. The kids free activities swings etc are very well placed and in an enclosed arena which is good. The wi-do could be a lot better, the site is in an ideal place close to all amenities.

WERE TO START . When we arrived we were allocated a pitch that was like a mud bath . Although the weather was dry and warm . After a little persuasion we managed to get our pitch changed . The pitches were over crowded . Caravans and motor homes with large tents on the same pitch gave very little space between . People were rude enough to keep using the side of our caravan as a cut through they were so close to window they could see what we were eating . Family groups adults and kids playing ball round caravans our car got hit several times . Kids playing tig running round caravans at 10.30 pm . Showers were filthy . I love to see families and kids ( I have 15 grandchildren) having fun on holiday but this was a site we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy it was wild

Good flat site. Near to club. Only had to walk out the site for regular bus service to Rhyl and Llandudno. Able to walk to beach. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in.

The only downside was that while we were there, there was a lot of rain overnight and some of the pitches were flooded,. Luckily our pitch was ok and we were able to drive off in the morning

The amenities are fantastic. Staff amazing and so helpful.

Some of the pitches are waterlogged. Could really do with being levelled out.

Wifi signal AWFUL!

Good facilities, plenty of entertainment and things to do. Swimming pool was great, although the staff do stop everything, I imagine for safety. Hoy showers, clean park throughout. Staff reps are very good and keen to help, also reception. Seems well managed.

Grass pitches are terrible lots of them in poor condition. Not enough toilet for the amount of people camping.
Fish and chip shop and other food terrible. Very expensive, the staff serving seem like they don’t care. Always freezing cold. It’s the same in every Haven, Park Dean. Real shame as the seem to have great facilities, just the cooks I believe

Plenty to do tiolets and showers reasonabley clean . Plenty of room on the pitches.

The beer was abit pricey and you couldnt take your dog in the bar area.

We stayed on the meadows pitch’s. Very clean and tidy, I liked that the showers were separate from the toilets. Showers were great, no pushing of buttons to keep them going and decent shower heads. Looks like a great site if you have children lots for them to do. Friendly staff throughout.

The outside of the shower and toilet blocks, looked very fabricated but as stated clean and tidy inside. Lots of waterlogged pitches around.
