Pool opening times

Absolutely loved our holiday, arrived a little earlier than we should have done but that was not an issue we were able to go to our pitch and set up without having to wait, we only had a short walk to the beach and had plenty of walks with the kids. Went to the entertainment one evening and loved the ABBA show. Our pitch was very spacious and only a short distance from the toilet/ shower block which were clean and usable saw cleaners plenty of times in our time there. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the park, staff were really friendly and engaging which were nice

The wifi is a bit hit and miss but was at the far end of the site and it meant the kids didn't spend their holiday on tictok, prices in the shop and bar a tad on the expensive side but didn't really need much and found it acceptable for a resort shop

Some entertainment wasn’t clearly described and organised! Didn’t know when I booked bingo we had to buy tickets 15 min prior to start time- which was meant to be 1pm not 1.30!
Organised pottery day before going home and arrived back following morning to be told it hadn’t been ‘cooked’ so it’ll be posted- I have no faith in this at all.
Paid £14.50 plus £20 deposit for the rustiest family cart which caused the pedal to fall off mid ride so only got 30min instead of 45min as told. A lot of activities are run by ‘kids’ themselves so have no idea!
Only motorhome amongst numerous tents who took up some of our pitch due to guide ropes and where we were placed- the motorhome sunk into the soft grass!
Other campers smoking weed- which stunk!!
Shower blocks absolutely filthy! Luckily we had the motorhome!

Touring pitch full of dogs barking all night, kids unsupervised.
Bought ice cream for two children, cones to narrow foe the ice creams on top and both childrens ice cream ended up on the floor as soon as it was passed to them as the girl ballance the scoops on top rather than doing it properly . Kids crying £7 down.
Food expensive and have the taste they've come from asdas £1 microwave meal isle.

Nothing. Very poor.

Toilets didn't flush, no hand soap. Very crowded. Family next to us shouting, constantly kicking football at the fence or people's cars. Drunken men hanging around ladies toilets. Very intimidating. Sirens going off on main road. Left 3 days early. Advertised as Abergele, actually in Towyn.

Lots of activities going on

Was positioned with a very busy main road behind us like sleeping on the hard shoulder of a motorway very noisy and the van was rocking with the weight of traffic did not get much sleep.
The pool was not clean cubicles had slimy water and while swimming there were long hairs getting wrapped around our hands.
We thought the cost of meals was expensive, we ate at Jakes across the road much cheaper and food was good.

Being with family and the lady in the show boat restaurant with rabbit ears very helpful
