Wet / water logged grass pitches. However weather was bad.

Muddy pitch, expensive shop. Dirty facilities left by other campers, washing up area full of rubbish and dirty water..... not the fault of the site.

We as a family made sure we enjoyed ourselves off site

Meadows Field should have been closed as the whole field was water logged to go to the toliets you walked through a mud bath. The toilets, shower, washing up area is disgusting the whole place needs a good bleaching or taking down as starting again. If you complain to the site they dont do anything. I did not shower for the 4 nights I was there complained to reception who spoke to the manager and I got offered a free game of crazy golf an offer of a shower in a static would have been more appropriate. Head office are not interested at all about how bad the touring site is and have basically said they hold no responsibility for anything. We only stayed as we could not get on a site anywhere else as they were closed or full and our 5 year old really wanted to stay as was happy to go to the toliet in the site club around the road.

Staff friendly and helpful

Motorhome/ touring pull in area blocked by static caravans for sale so had to exit and return to the site 3 times before managing to check in.
Grass pitches all water logged and churned up from vehicles being stuck.

Great entertainment for children, lots of things to do.
Lots of food places.

We overall enjoyed our stay. Like that there was plenty to do. Entertainment was great. Plenty of places to eat.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the goring pitches were quite boggy and the toilets were a bit drab and dirty.

The staff were lovely and the site had everything you needed and more. There is onsite live entertainment and swimming pool. The facilities were clean and tidy including showers and toilets.

The only thing I did not like was that the campsite had a lot of large puddles and mud. There was a lot of rain which is not the sites fault obviously, but they may be able to add better drainage, or hard standing which does not puddle. Also the numbers for the pitches were difficult to see and many were worn and difficult to read.

Complex was nice good restaurant shop

Toilet and shower block is to far from where we pitched up 2 toilet 2 shower hate to see it in July August no wifi on touring pitches
