The quiet times, so the children could sleep at a decent time. Dogs are allowed. Toilets and showers are close. Staff are friendly. Family friendly. Kids loved having a bbq. There’s lots trails to enjoy. Very clean site. The toilets and showers are cleaned regularly. Everyone takes their rubbish with them or uses the bins provided. We could see/hear the farm animals around. The kids loved seeing the cows and hearing the donkeys. The pitch was plenty big enough for our 16 berth tent. Everyone listens to the quiet rules between 10pm and 9am , though very hard to keep kids quiet til 9am. Can park next to your tent.

The noise of the donkeys during the night. Cute during the day. Loud at night. lol. No where to put clean clothes while you shower so you can put them on afterwards.

Not all the showers were hot. I tried 4 of the 5 available and 2 were tepid at best.

Paid for 2 adjacent pitches and we were allocated a very large spot which comfortably accommodated 2 cars 2 tents and a gazebo with ample space around

Camp site clean and tidy and family friendly. Pub food was nice and was a 30 second walk from site.evening food fair price, breakfast expensive. Campsite and pub staff very friendly and helpful

Only 5 toilets and 4 showers for whole site! 2 of which were located next to the pub. Needs more toilets was often queuing for toilet.

Bell tent we stayed in provided by the site was lovely but needs some lining or a heater we stayed during nice weather but at night was unbearably cold despite sleeping bags. We are campers and never had this issue in our own tent, even in cold weather. One of bell tents next to us was covered in mould inside (ours wasnt). Wifi was turned off when pub

felt very close to my neighbours, this may have been an issue if you disagreed on something , ? some hedging /wild grass to define areas

Beautiful site, fresh clean drinking water throughout the site, the toilet and shower blocks are clean and lovely, the site is lovely and peaceful perfect for families, the little swing is just perfect overlooking the scenery, visited the onsite pub Wednesday for pizza and it was buy one get one free which was a great little surprise! It was delicious! Can’t fault our stay at all! Will most 100% be returning

A wonderful quiet site surrounded by beautiful views and walks. Felt very safe and could relax while the children played. Super clean with friendly helpful staff. Will definitely be returning.
