Jurassic Pork has been a very welcome addition to the site and many people have loved the food.

The scenery is glorious, there is a gated dog walk area, lovely wooden park for kids and tore swing. We are seasoned campers and the showers were the best we've ever seen. Lovely clean shower with large rain show head. Fab clean toilets, more then enough for everyone. So great to have a food can on site which sold vegan, vegetarian and meet options. We loved the upped BBQ jackfruit burgers. April and Terry couldn't have been more helpful. At five pm they drove the tractor around to each pitch offering fire it's and wood. We had such a lovely time and will be back.

We chose the riverside field in the hope it would be a bit quieter as our children like to settle in peace. The couple of nights there were noisy children out late this was dealt with promptly and sensitively by staff. Fire pits were supplied and the offer of wood and kindling was made every evening.
Rope swing, outdoor toys and small park much enjoyed by our 8 year olds. Clean facilities with warm showers and the option of a composting toilet, fast food van on site was tasty but pricey, ice block exchange very useful.
When I asked my 8 year old what he liked he answered "everything... I loved absolutely everything!"

Thank you so much for your visit and review. We are here so that families can have an enjoyable and relaxing time and we are delighted that your eight year old had a good time. It’s always a delicate balance to manage evening noise as we don’t want to spoil people’s fun, but equally we do want this to be a peaceful site where it gets quiet after dark.

It was perfect, such a beautiful spot. Loved that the pitches were well spaced out over several fields.
Everything has been thought of, the yurt was clean and well stocked with crockery etc. the toilets and showers were always clean and the washing up facility was great.
The playground was fantastic for the younger children in our group, they loved it.
We did a day trip to Lyme Regis and Charmouth, which aren’t too far.
The breakfast by Jurassic Pork was delicious.
Phone charging facility was great.
Fire pits were fantastic & great for cooking a few burgers.

We planned the yurt field so that each yurt has a good space around it, and when groups come they can have bell tents pitched nearby, or indeed guests tents can be grouped close by into a ‘tent village’. It makes for a lovely sociable arrangement. Jurassic pork is very popular with our guests and we sometimes skip the cooking and get Our dinner from Ashley.
We’re so pleased you and your family were able to enjoy all of the facilities we have to offer. Great to hear your grandkids had so much fun. We’d love to welcome you back again.
