Facilities and shower/ toilet block were well maintained and serviceable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The small cost optional Wi-Fi was undergoing some maintenance/improvement during our stay, so the team didn’t charge for it as a result even though it worked perfectly well for us.

The location was just ten minutes walk into bala. Everyone on there was friendly. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Met some lovely families the area we had for camping was good. We have a warden that is out until 11.00pm and we ask time and time again if there is noise after 11.00pm for customers to ring the number on the reception door. There is someone on call 24/7, I am afraid we can't do anything if we don't know!!
