Non mi è piaciuto: Fortunately we were out of season and camping in the week so parked on a spare caravan pitch as no hard standing for cars.
Our tent pitch was next to the shepherd's huts, these have lovely hot tubs, not so lovely when the occupants use it middle of the night and argue loudly! these tubs are very noisy and it definitely ruined our camping experience. However we would for sure use the site again and hire a shepherd's hut! And would definitely be more considerate of the campers.
Glad to hear you enjoyed our location and had a good explore whilst you where here.
As for the hard standing for the tents parking we are looking at upgrading the parking situation over the winter as this season has been wetter than normal … we are only able to do the upgrades bit by bit every winter but at least there was a few empty pitches for you to place your car on this time of year.
I'm sorry to hear that the people in the shepherds huts where noisier than usual and made your camping trip not as peaceful as you'd have liked, id like to assure you that the people staying above in the huts are usually more considerate of other usually, but in times like these there is an emergency phone number of the park warden on the receptions door that you could of used but there is nothing we can do after the fact sorry.
I'm glad your willing to give us another try even if it is in one of the huts but you can always give us a ring when booking and we can select a different pitch for you to camp on in future
