We’re sorry to read that you felt your stay did not represent good value for money. Our pricing reflects the facilities and location of the park, including fully serviced hardstanding pitches, maintained amenities, and the range of independent shops and food outlets available on site. Winter weather can unfortunately lead to some muddy conditions on park roads during particularly wet periods, and this is something our maintenance team continually monitor and work to improve.

Regarding WiFi, we do offer both free basic access and the option to upgrade to a higher-speed connection for guests who require it, which helps ensure a stable service across the park.

It’s also great to know you enjoyed browsing the on-site shops and visiting the Pod Café — we appreciate your kind comments about the quality of the food and this will be shared with the team.

We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. With regards to the welcome information, we currently provide digital site maps and information in order to reduce paper waste and ensure guests always have access to the most up-to-date details. However, we do appreciate that some guests prefer a physical copy, and your feedback is helpful as we continue reviewing how best to provide this information.

Thank you also for your comments regarding the elsan point and winter ground conditions. Periods of heavy rain during the winter months can unfortunately lead to some waterlogging on grassed areas despite the natural incline, and this is something our maintenance team continually monitor and work to improve where possible.

In relation to the bar, opening times can vary depending on the time of year and demand, which may have been the reason for the inconsistency during your stay.
