Whole site very relaxed

The pitches were sectioned by hedges which was good. The facilities on site were excellent and always clean. The owner and his staff were friendly. Even though it was on a flight path to Norwich it was a quiet site

The space was great, facilities were fantastic and super clean always. The on-site cafe had the tastiest breakfast and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. We arrived before a summer fete happened on site and got to browse through more market stalls which was lovely. Our dog had lots of space to run around and explore too. Great places to visit nearby including the beautiful sandy Walcott beach which was about 25/30 minutes drive and Fairhaven Water Garden which was less than 10 minutes drive and dog-friendly too. We had a lovely stay and will definitely recommend BBF to friends and family!!

We love staying at the Black Barn Farm. It has a super relaxed atmosphere with amazing facilities. It's in the perfect location for day trips in Norwich or exploring the coast. The restaurant on site is also 100/10/. Lovely breakfasts and coffee. To put it simply, it's our favourite campsite in Norfolk.

Very good site with large pitches. The owners were extremely pleasant and helpful. The site is in a quiet rural location. Toilet facilities were good and clean.

Easy, laid back check in. Toilet and shower block is excellent and the site is very quiet. Having the cafe/farm shop on site is a huge plus, it's way better than I was expecting.

WiFi doesn't reach the pitches and the phone signal is terrible in the area.

Good value for money.

Got to pick where we went meaning our family got pitches together.
Electric hook up was easy.
Toilets/showers were very clean.
On site butchers was a welcome bonus for BBQs.
Had cooked breakfasts at the barn which was delicious.
Dog friendly site.
Area feels secluded but is close to various amenities.

These are only little things that are a personal note but didn’t take away from the lovely time we had.

Couldn’t find any recycling facilities only general waste.
No sanitary waste bins in the bathroom block.
Most pitches had a dog and no dog bins available.
Would have preferred the toilet/shower block to be for campers only as it’s shared with general public visiting the barn.
If your a light sleeper take earplugs as pitch is near a flight path for landing planess.

Ideal for Wroxham and the Broads. Plenty of space to park your caravan. Peaceful area. The Black Barn shopping area is worth a visit for the butchers alone. Quality meats.

New site, still waiting for the water supply to be finished down one side. Felt a bit too open to people visiting the Black Barn shopping venue, no barriers. No covering over the toilet waste disposal point, and the area is untidy.
