Great site 👍🏻, good size level pitches , great cafe and shops on site , friendly staff very welcoming alot less regimented than club sites
Water to pitch we had which is always a bonus
Easy walk to station and we caught train in to Norwich which is less than 15 mins away
Nice local pub , though no pavement for some of the road and a torch required in the dark
Other improvements ongoing so it will only get better

Proximity to Station.

The facilities seems to be still under construction but we don’t think there will be enough toilets and showers when the site is full. The grass on the pitches was too long considering the recent rain.

Great access firstly. No narrow road for us Huge pitch, each separated by a hedge. Lovely having water on our pitch . Not all do at the moment. Very private, left to our own devices. Best loos and showers . Great farm shop , handy for everything until 3 pm. The cafe was extremely popular with many visitors each day. Perfect location for travelling around the area. A mile walk to the train station at Salhouse. We went to Sheringham on the Bittern Line and into Norwich ( one stop). 10 minutes drive from Wroxham. 30 minutes to Horsey Gap where we saw one of the UKs largest colony of grey seals. A spectacular sight which we have never seen before. Others have mentioned about poor phone signal coverage. If we really needed a signal we logged onto the barn WiFi when we were either at the loos or on the balcony in the evening.

Ample level pitch, easy access, lovely location, farm shop & cafe great. Especially as the cafe do gluten free! Facilities were clean, well built, and well maintained. Best of all, no children, made the site quiet, just what we wanted.

Good sized, level pitches. Very good, clean facilities. Convenient location for the Broads and that part of Norfolk. Very pleasant owners (but only seen on arrival.)
We virtually had it to ourselves at this late point in the season.

No dog poo-bins. No Wi-Fi and very poor mobile signal. It didn't bother us, but there was no office with information about the site or region.

We stayed with our dog Stanley for 3 nights on an electric pitch which was extremely spacious- enough room for the van, gazebo and awning + more. On arrival early evening, there was nobody around, the place was deserted bar 2 other caravans, nobody to speak to or check in so we proceeded to choose our own pitch. Upon discovering that the electric hook up wasn't working, we did phone the number on the pitch up email and spoke to somebody from the site who advised us. We didn't see this nameless person until after we had packed up our van and parked in their carpark to have breakfast after 'checking out'. There didn't appear to have been a checking in/out process, and there was nobody to be seen for 3 days at the campsite- perhaps this is normal but we are fairly inexperienced campers (We did appreciate the quietness, likely due to the time of year)- We did feel perhaps it would be easy for anybody to pitch up there and they wouldn't notice squatters.
We found the toilets/showers and washing up area, and these appeared to be in full working order with good water pressure. There is only 2 showers which could cause a long wait in busy periods. Be warned, if using the shower cubicle on the right, the lock on the cubicle door gets stuck causing a moment of panic!
There is a very large Orchard in the grounds which is nice to walk through, and in the building itself, we were pleasantly surprised to find an indoor makers market, jewellrey shop, boutique clothes shop, furniture shop, beauty salon, very large cafe, and butchers that provided sausages and bacon served in the cafe. We bought a few items in the makers market, and meat from the butchers which we cooked on the bbq- it was absolutely delicious. We were amazed to see how consistently busy the cafe was, from 9am there would be people waiting for tables, considering how big the place was, every single table was full at all times!
Everybody that we spoke to, wether staff or customers were extremely kind and friendly. Our dog had lots and lots of attention, so we got chatting to lots of people.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will be looking forward to staying again! Well done to the management for creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere!

The toilets weren't always clean, they just appeared to have some bleach thrown down them.

Needed larger sinks for washing face, teeth etc. only very small available in the toilet cubicles. No WiFi on pitch- not an issue for us- available at the barn a short walk away

We found it easy to get to our pitch was spacious.
Good Clean Facilities.
Lovely Cafe on site with shops.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
