Friendly host, quiet adults only site, walking distance to train station, clean toilet and showers. Barn with local produce, cafe and crafts on site.

Lovely location, very quiet and peaceful. Pitches were large and flat, had electric and water, ground was easy to get the awning pegs in. Despite lots of wet weather recently, the grass was well kept, not over grown or churned up at all. Met the owner on arrival who was friendly and pleasant, he also came around checking everything was okay with all the pitches on the morning we left. Toilet and shower facilities were spotless throughout the stay. Once the young hedging plants are more established in a few years, each plot will nicely divided and a bit more private. Bus stop close by and train station is a short walk away with trains to Norwich and Wroxham so plenty of options for days out. Farm shop and Cafe on site, we didn't try the cafe but the smell of breakfasts coming over smelt delicious. Would definitely recommend and book again.

The size of the grass pitches and the surrounding environment. The cafe was excellent and a lovely facility to have on site. Toilets and showers were new and clean and in good working order. But will need more shower facilities for busier times.

Liked the peace and quiet, the clean facilities, staff were incredibly friendly. The cafe on the site was amazing. Very large pitch. We used this stay to test out awning.

Toilets and showers were immaculate. Everywhere on site was clean and tidy. Pitches had water and electric hook ups. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The jewel in the crown was having an excellent cafe on site, plus an ample selection of shops. Excellent location for touring the Broads, well situated with bus stops within a couple of hundred yards, and a regular bus service.

Although the site seems relatively new, there seemed a lack of effort to make it nice. Near the restaurant area where you have to pass to get onto the files, there is load of rubbish and storage tanks which are not unsightly. The road to the site is pot holed and full of puddles. There are no concrete or gravel paths to the waste water and bin areas so very muddy when wet. Posts not fixed securely into the ground and electric cables left loose on the grass. Seems like the owner makes his money from the restaurant and shop and campers are an afterthought for a bit of extra cash! Won’t be recommending.
